Edrisah Musuuza, which is what Eddy Kenzo's real name is, was born in Uganda, in the city of Masaka.
When he was 4 or 5 years old, his mother died, and he spent the next 13 years mostly living on the streets of Masaka and Kampala. [1] Kenzo wanted to be a professional football player at first, so he joined the Masaka Local Council FC's camp when he was 9 years old. He later got a sports scholarship to go to Kampala's Lubiri Secondary School, but he never finished school.
Career: In , Kenzo started making music under the name Eddy Kenzo. In that same year, he and Mikie Wine put out their first song, "Yannimba." In , he put out another single called "Stamina."
