Shrinivas Khale is one of the oldest and most respected music directors hailing from Mumbai, India. He was working in the Marathi music industry for more than six decades. He has composed music for a number of songs in Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Sanskrit and particularly Marathi. He is also known as Khale Kaka.
He was born on 30th April in the village of Parali in Kokan-Raigad zilla of Maaharashtra, India. His parents are Vinayak Kashinath Khale and Laxmi Vinayak Khale. They both of them did not encourage his liking for music. His elder brother Kashinath Khale was his only hope who helped to improve his musical talent. His spouse Surekha Khale supported him very much. They have three girl children – Shama, Sanjivani and Sonali. Shama and Sanjivani are his singing heirs who sang many songs for children.
He has worked with many talented artists like Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosale, Suman Kalyanpur, Sulochna Chauhan,etc. He has worked to compose music for six Marathi films. Biography of Khoo Teck Puat
Khoo Teck Puat, a Singaporean banker and owner of the Goodwood Group hotel chain in London and Singapore, was one of the wealthiest individuals in Singapore. He was also the largest shareholder of the British bank, Standard Chartered.
Early Life and Career
Khoo Teck Puat studied in Singapore and shortly after completing his education, he married at the age of 17 and secured a position as a clerk at Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC). However, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder, displaying impressive career advancement. During his time at OCBC, Puat formed a friendship with Tan Chin Tuan. Unfortunately, their friendship came to an end in when Puat left the company. The conflict between them arose from differing strategic views, with Puat believing that the bank was developing too slowly and opening too few branches in small towns.
